Project organization

All partners who make a significant contribution to the planning and realization of a construction project are included in the project alliance. These partners are called realization partners.

The client and the realization partners regulate their mutual relationship in a single multi-party contract, the alliance contract.

The client and the realization partners collectively form the alliance partners.

Other service providers will be engaged as suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, etc. to provide partial services via corresponding direct mandates from an alliance partner.
