Dealing with inflation

The work costs are remunerated at current prices. The contractually agreed surcharges for AGK and profit are also paid on top of this.

There is therefore no need for an inflation calculation with regard to cost reimbursement.

In accordance with the recommendations of the Factsheet SIA 2065, inflation is not included in the target costs 1 at the time the contract is concluded. Only in the case of projects with a short project duration and a manageable risk is the inclusion of inflation in target cost 1 conceivable.

In all cases where inflation is not included in the target costs 1, however, this means that the target costs 1 are updated periodically on the basis of a procedure defined in the alliance agreement (see Figure 15).
